Randy Lenz,
Managing Member

With the purchase of his first rental property in 1981, Randy has owned and managed rental property in the Madison area for nearly three decades.  A lifelong Wisconsinite and a Madison resident since 1975, Randy knows the Madison area inside out.   He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, and holds his CRS, GRI and ABR real estate designations.  Randy is ready, willing and quite able to help make your Madison experience truly memorable.

Jeff is our Director of Operations – taking care of the needs of our clients from the moment they lease a unit till the moment they bid Madison goodbye.  While much of his work goes unnoticed behind the scenes – Jeff is front and center if any client or rental resident needs his assistance.  You can always count on Jeff!

Andrea has a wealth of real estate and property management experience.  She assists our Director of Operations yet also has specific duties designed to keep an open channel of communication with our owners and rental residents.  Andrea may be the voice you hear most often as she is always there to take care of every detail.

Lee Biloff,
Office Accountant

Lee keeps track of all the numbers.  He monitors our clients’ rental income and processes their monthly income and expense statements as well as their year-end summaries. He also tracks all incoming payments from our rental residents to be sure all payments are properly applied.  Lee is a pro at QuickBooks accounting, and knows where every dollar belongs.

Shelly Sopko,
Housekeeping Manager

Shelly began cleaning homes in 1991 as a part-time job to take care of her two small children.  Now, nearly two decades and two grown children later, Shelly oversees all the cleaning needs for our company.  From apartments to condos to private homes, Shelly’s crew skillfully attends to the needs of every property so that your vacation stay is a neat and clean experience.

Fastrack Maintenance Services

Dave, Mark and Keith handle all the maintenance and repair needs for our company.  With nearly 40 years of combined experience, no job is too small or too large for them to handle.  The guys at Fastrack also provide a 24-hour emergency service so that our rental residents enjoy the highest quality stay.
