With your rental listed with our company, we will provide our guests with a wealth of information, which includes a listing of all of the rental’s features and amenities.  We will take the highest quality color photos as well as a virtual tour so that your future guests get a real feel for their upcoming destination.  We will work with you to determine if you do or do not want to allow pets or smokers, and will be sure rental guests know and respect your wishes before they reserve your place.   We will work with you to construct the highest range of pricing to always reflect the current market.  We offer your rental guests the convenience of being able to pay by credit card.  In addition, we offer your rental guests a wide range of gifts, daytrips and even grocery items that further enhance their visit and let them know that we are here to serve them.

When I have traveled both within the States and internationally, I have always sought out vacation rentals such as your rental for our family.  Giving my family “all the comforts of home” made it a true vacation for everyone – and one that I, as a rental guest, didn’t mind paying for.  And, as we have done in the past, once we found a place we really liked, we returned to that same location year after year.  As we say in our ads, renting your place … it’s like found money!

Lastly, we never forget that this is a business for you.  And we are in this business to help our clients make money.  We will do whatever we can do to make this a successful venture for you.  And our commitment to you includes monthly income and expense reports as well as a year-end summary for your accountant.  We also use professional cleaners and have a 24-hour maintenance staff at our disposal to ensure your rental remains in spic-n-span condition.  Plus, we are always looking for new ideas and new ways to make our business even better – so saying, we always encourage your  thoughts and suggestions.  Without you, we have no business.
