What this Privacy Policy Covers

FLHVR, LLC, and our rental unit Owners take the privacy of each of our Guests very seriously.  At no time will any information you provide to us be sold or given to any outside vendor.  We wouldn't like it if it happened to us, and we know you wouldn't like it either!

Information that we may need to collect to authorize and confirm your booking includes: your name, your address, your telephone number, your e-mail address, your credit card details and the names of those who will be using the vacation rental with you.

This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that FLHVR, LLC, does not own or control, or to people that FLHVR, LLC, does not employ or manage. In addition, this policy does not apply to Mals E-commerce (our secure server), which has its own privacy policy.

FLHVR, LLC collects personally identifiable information only when you purchase an item using our online shopping cart service. The purchase information requires your full name, mailing/shipping address, email address, phone number, and credit card information used to make payment for the items you purchased. Site registration is not required to make a purchase.

FLHVR, LLC automatically receives non-personal data and record information on our server logs from your browser. The information gathered is used for general marketing purposes, and to track what parts of our web site are receiving the most interest from our visitors.
